KBO Bike batteries are sealed well enough for the bikes to be safely ridden in slightly wet conditions. However, riding in heavy rain or flooded streets is not recommended since the water might be in the crank or the motors.
It is better to take shelter from the heavy rain. For your convenience, the battery can be removed and recharged.
